a new camera

I' m watching for a new camera - want to upgrade to DSLR from Olymus PEN.:) But it's difficult choose the new camera for me, cause it'll be my first DSLR. I think about Nikon D7000 or D5100 and Canon EOS 600d. Too difficult...
